Dr. Chmura has been an advisor to numerous companies and has developed practical strategies for dental professionals to incorporate advanced technologies into their practices, such as aligners, hybrid cases, soft-tissue lasers, 3DCBCT, tele-orthodontics, and the screening, testing, and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. With over a dozen professional publications and more than 100 presentations, he’s dedicated to helping others push the boundaries of what’s possible in orthodontics. His engineering background allows him to optimize processes, reduce bottlenecks, and drive practice efficiency. Together with his training in coaching and consulting, Dr. Chmura offers a unique approach to orthodontic coaching that goes beyond traditional methods.

Shannon Conley brings an impressive background in orthodontics and healthcare. Having worked as a department manager, credentialing manager, executive assistant, and project manager for several hospitals—including Mayo Clinic—Shannon's diverse experience complements Dr. Chmura’s technical expertise.

She has managed several orthodontic practices, including private and Orthodontic Service Organizations (OSOs), and has a proven track record in streamlining processes and optimizing operations. Additionally, Shannon is highly knowledgeable in compliance and team management, and has a talent for building and developing cohesive, high-performing teams. She specializes in uncovering the unique qualities of orthodontic practices and crafting marketing strategies and campaigns that differentiate practices from the competition. She is highly intuitive when it comes to team development and excels at organizing and simplifying complex processes to enhance efficiency and staff compliance.
